Returns
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- All products must be unopened and unused
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order
How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@glamgelnails.com with the subject line “Return”
- Include your order number in the email
- Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions
- Ship the product back to us
- Email us the tracking number once the return has been shipped
*Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for returns lost in the mail
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued as store credit only
- Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving the returned product
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Opened or used products
- Items returned without approval
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Glam Gel Nails is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any carrier claims must be filed directly with the shipping provider.
